"Service Done Right"
I've made two purchases with Scotby in the past few months, and both times, they shipped my orders quickly.
For my second purchase, I needed to send back a couple of items; the return process was straightforward, and I got my refund just a few days after I sent them back.
I hadn't heard of this company before; I found them while searching for a frame bag. The price was pretty good, so I decided to try them out.
I also signed up for their newsletter and snagged a sweet deal on some t-shirts with my last order.
Awesome service, solid prices - definitely recommend!

I ordered a bar bag online and it showed up just two days after. The packaging was smart, and the product (Ortlieb ultimate six) is fantastic. When I reached out to them about the bar fixings, their customer service was quick, friendly, and super efficient through email. I definitely recommend this!

Had a fantastic experience, ordered a helmet and it got shipped out fast with no charge for 48-hour delivery. On top of that, the price was the best I came across online. I’d surely shop here again.

"Extremely let down after years of loyalty..."
I’m really let down after being a customer for years, whether it was for repairs or buying stuff. Today, I got turned away from the bike shop when I wanted to get some repairs done. They’ve changed their policy and now only fix bikes that were bought from them, unless you’re looking for a full service. I won’t be returning. It’s all about greed, and once the pandemic is behind us and bike sales drop, I wonder if they’ll still be turning away customers. Not a smart way to do business.

"Top-notch service"
Top-notch service! This was my first time shopping with this company, and I had an awesome experience getting some Freerider shoes online. The communication was excellent, and the delivery was super quick, not to mention the fantastic price! I gotta grab more MTB gear to handle the winter chill. "Scotby Bell Bike Helmet"
I purchased a Bell bike helmet from Scotby. Hadn't come across them until I did a quick online search since they were hard to find. The price was solid, and their communication was on point. Shipping took a bit longer since I was out of town. I'd definitely work with them again. Great customer service really matters. Cheers! Oh, and the helmet's pretty awesome too!

"Finally Found a Reliable Bike Shop!"
After dealing with another bike shop that kept delaying the delivery of my new ride three times, I decided to cancel my order. By pure luck, I stumbled upon Scotby Cycles online and saw they had the bike I was after in stock. Just 24 hours later, it showed up, all nicely packaged and exactly as expected. The service from Scotby was top-notch, and I wouldn't think twice about ordering from them again.

"Fast shipping and a great selection"
I had procrastinated on buying my pannier bag for a big trip, so I was in need of fast shipping. The larger online bike retailers couldn’t meet my tight deadline, but I found Scotby Cycles. Fantastic experience overall. On Sunday, I discovered and quickly placed an order for what seemed like the final 56cm Cannondale Synapse Al Disk 105 available online in the UK. By Tuesday, I had it unpacked and ready for a spin.
What a bike! The service was top-notch.
It's almost enough to bring back some trust in the UK.

"Amazing support during tough times..."
Amazing support during tough times because of the Covid-19 crisis. I ordered a few items that were available at great prices on a Friday, and they landed on my doorstep by Monday morning. The team was super helpful when I needed to sort out a small mistake I made with my order. I’ll definitely be shopping with them again!
